Sandra Bullock plans to attend the Teen Choice Awards this August, Fox confirmed Thursday morning. The Oscar-winning actress, 45, will appear alongside New Moon stars Robert Pattinson and Ashley Greene. Gossip Girl‘s Leighton Meester will present. Katy Perry hosts; the Kardashian sisters, Kristen Bell and Zac Efron will sit in the audience. A judge recently ruled that James can move his 6-year-old daughter with his porn star ex wife Janine Lindemeyer, Sunny, to Austin, Tex. to be closer to Bullock and her adopted son, Louis Bardo. Academy Award-winning actress and New Orleans resident Sandra Bullock has severed her involvement in a campaign to call attention to the BP spill, after learning from ThinkProgress that it was a greenwashing effort by the oil industry. Bullock is prominently featured in the Restore the Gulf campaign, run by Women of the Storm and sponsored by America’s Wetland Foundation. In an online video with other major celebrities, Bullock called for American people to “speak up” and “sign the petition” for Congress and President Obama at the campaign website, which demands that “a plan to restore America’s Gulf be fully funded and implemented for me and future generations.” The YouTube video makes her the face of the campaign: Posted by Joanna

A source close to the motorcycle mogul says that despite the fact that Jesse is moving, and that Bullock did not try to dissuade him, it’s over. Done. “The only reason Sandy gave the green light to Jesse’s move to Austin is because she wants to maintain a relationship with his children,” the source said. Bullock, who celebrated her 45th birthday yesterday, “loves those children but she has absolutely no intention of getting back together with Jesse, ever.” “She wanted the divorce done quickly, so she could move on with her life.”
NO, IT’S REALLY OVER: Sorry, Jesse James. The move to Texas comes on the heels of Jesse’s recently court victory against his other ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, with whom he has a daughter, Sunny. Bullock has been instrumental in raising Sunny since marrying James in 2005, and would like to continue being a part of the little girl’s life … but not his. Jesse was caught cheating with Michelle “Bombshell” McGee back in March, at which point several other tattooed women revealed their affairs with him. Sandra Bullock carries what looks like a script as she leaves the Omni Hotel on Monday (July 19) in Austin, Texas. The 45-year-old Academy Award winner left the hotel with director Stephen Daldry, who is best known for his work on The Hours and The Reader! Not that these recent confirmations are surprising in any way (what would a teen-centric award show be without R-Pattz?), but we’re wondering why the attendee list is so slow to trickle out! Already set to attend are Zac Efron (he’s got “Charlie St. Cloud” to promote, after all), Victoria Justice, Miranda Cosgrove, David Archuleta, and the Kardashian sisters (Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney for sure, no word on the younger ladies). We’re still looking to see some “Harry Potter” stars, more musically inclined people besides Archie (J-Biebs, where you at?), and a bunch more TV stars to attend. Helloooooo, “Vampire Diaries” cast. Earlier this week, the mother-son pair was spotted at New Orleans Airport in Louisiana. They were headed to their new historic home in the Garden District. Jesse James has a new weapon in his custody battle against ex-wife Janine Lindemulder. The West Coast Choppers owner has filed court documents revealing an e-mail exchange between his ex-wife and his sister, Julie James England, in which Lindemulder allegedly admits to drug use, prostitution and extraordinary jealousy of Sandra Bullock. In one e-mail, Lindemulder allegedly divulges that she has agreed to spend a night with a man for $25,000. “This is a form of prostitution,” England responds. In another e-mail, Lindemulder reportedly begs James’ sister for the painkiller Vicodin. After England shoots her down, James’ ex writes, “I am so depressed, Sun is suffering, I can’t even find the energy to play with her. It’s 9:30 and I don’t even know what she ate today.” She added, “Not being awake makes everything better.” Lindemulder further complained about Sunny’s relationship with James’ newly divorced wife, Sandra Bullock. “All Sunny talks about is Sandy, Sandy! Wtf?!” she wrote. Previously, Lindemulder has praised Bullock for her stepparenting skills. James’ lawyer announced June 18 at a custody hearing that the 41-year-old biker is making a permanent move to Austin with his children in July,”the first and foremost” reason for the move is that his three kids want to be close to Bullock to continue their relationship with the 45-year-old actress.
