Jesse James’ Ex Files Legal Papers Against Sandra Bullock

America’s Sweetheart Sandra Bullock is finding herself in legal trouble… Well, sort of… So here’s what happened: Jesse James’ ex-wife Janine Lindemulder was talking with daughter Sunny about the concept of lying when the 6–year-old child revealed Bullock had told her the reason Lindemulder went to jail was because she lied to police. We think “lying” is much easier to explain to a child than tax evasion. But the porn star disagreed and has filed legal papers accusing Bullock of bad mouthing her to her daughter and calling her a liar. James and Bullock, who were granted full custody of Sunny back in 2009 during Lindemulder’s incarceration, have since been involved in a bitter custody battle for the child and increased child support. Jennifer is Jealous of Sandra’s Career!

After her most recent 4 films more or less bombed at the box office – or failed to rise to the expectations, if you will – Jennifer Aniston is looking to rethink her career using Sandra Bullock’s model. Yet Aniston is not inspired by the example set by the Oscar-winning actress, the National Enquirer say in its latest print issue (story via here), since it’s jealousy that motivates her. In other words, a reliable but anonymous source says for the tab, Aniston is extremely jealous of Sandra’s career and how she handled her personal life in such a way as to not impact negatively on it. “Jen is incredibly envious of Sandra’s life and career. She’s using Sandra as a template for her,” the spy reveals. Determined to turn things around for her and relaunch her acting career, Jen has already met with her agent and other advisors, asking them to come up with methods to win her way back into the public’s heart. The first step towards achieving that is, Aniston believes, making sure her personal life is no longer at the forefront, so that the focus may fall on her career. “Jen hates that her personal life, especially her divorce from Brad Pitt, overshadows her film and TV work,” the spy reveals. Oppositely, Sandra went through the worst year of her life on a personal level (what with Jesse James cheating on her, the divorce and the adoption), yet people still want to see her movies. “Jen is frustrated that Sandra emerged stronger and more popular than ever after her marriage imploded while, five years after her big split, Jen is still struggling. She looks at Sandra’s resurgence and thinks, ‘That should be me!’” the spy shares. In fact, Aniston is reportedly so envious of everything Sandra has that she’s actually been telling friends she “hates” her, and is determined to see every movie offer that Bullock gets. “Jen’s envy is out of control. Now, Jen is demanding that she’s shown every script that Sandra is offered,” the spy explains. “She is determined to emulate Sandra’s career and to follow her lead in rebuilding her personal life,” the same tipster says. The 46-year-old Academy Award-winning actress carried her 7-month-old “little Cajun cookie” after the two visited a medical center. “Louis’s got the stage,” Sandra recently gushed. “No one understands the shift in priorities about having a child in your life that you are responsible for, until you have a child in your life,” she said. “It naturally shifts. It just shifted the first day I met him. It was like he’d been there the whole time, yet everything was different.” Sounds like the adorable tot is keeping mom busy – and super happy: “Oh, he likes to celebrate. Looks like baby Louis is in charge of the Bullock household even though he’s only 7 months old! “[He's] got the stage,” his proud mom recently said. “He likes to dance and celebrate. McGee: ‘I would talk to Sandra Bullock’

Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGee has revealed that she is open to having a sit-down meeting with Sandra Bullock. McGee told Us Weekly that she would like to clear the air with Bullock over her affair with the actress’s ex-husband Jesse James. “I would talk to her girl to girl and wish her the best… She is a mom now, and I think that’s great. I am a mom too; I have two kids,” she said. The tattoo model also claimed that she has not seen or heard from James since news of their affair became public earlier this year. “Never see him, never talk to him, nothing,” she said. McGee added that she is not surprised that the former Monster Garage star is now dating tattoo artist Kat Von D. Jesse James is entering a new phase of his life. “It sure looks like he’s moved on,” a James insider tells PEOPLE about the motorcycle mogul, who is settling into his new relationship with Kat Von D and his new home in Austin, Texas. “It doesn’t look like he’s hiding anything now.” Just two months after his divorce from Sandra Bullock was finalized in an Austin courtroom, James’s self-professed broken heart looks to be on the mend. He was initially cautious about going public with his romance with the L.A. Ink star, says the source, and he asked Von D to remove a Tweet confirming that the two were dating after they were spotted having dinner together in Las Vegas on Aug. 14. But then the couple spent the last two weekends together. On Aug. 29, James, 41, was seen with Von D, 28, in Texas on a motorcycle road trip that included smooching, hand holding and antique shopping in the quaint tourist town of Fredericksburg. Later, James accompanied Von D to Sept. 2′s very public opening of her Wonderland gallery in West Hollywood and spent the rest of the Labor Day weekend out with her. “My guess is that he’s realizing he won’t get another chance with Sandra and has given up on that,” says the source. “[Jesse and Kat] have known each other for a while. Stephen Daldry (Billy Elliot) has snagged two Oscar winners for his adaptation of Extremely Loud and Terribly Close. Sandra Bullock and Tom Hanks will play the lead adult roles in this unwieldy sounding film which (according to Collider.com) “revolves around Oskar Schell, a nine-year-old inventor, Francophile, tambourine player, Shakespearean actor, jeweller, pacifist … [whose] mission is to find the lock that fits a mysterious key belonging to his father, who died in the World Trade Center on 9/11″. Here’s what the 46-year-old actress had to share when she spoke to the mag last October: Crash co-writer/director Paul Haggis on Sandra’s versatility: “I remember right after Crash, I was pitching Sandra Bullock to a studio for another dramatic role and they went, ‘I don’t know, America doesn’t think of her this way’. Now those same people want her for everything. It’s hysterical.” A top film agent, on a high demand for Sandra: “She’s getting offered all the scripts that matter. Everyone is rooting for her. I’ve never seen anything like it.” Sandra, on the ups and downs of Hollywood: “You have really high peaks and you have some valleys.
