After her most recent 4 films more or less bombed at the box office – or failed to rise to the expectations, if you will – Jennifer Aniston is looking to rethink her career using Sandra Bullock’s model. Yet Aniston is not inspired by the example set by the Oscar-winning actress, the National Enquirer say in its latest print issue (story via here), since it’s jealousy that motivates her. In other words, a reliable but anonymous source says for the tab, Aniston is extremely jealous of Sandra’s career and how she handled her personal life in such a way as to not impact negatively on it. “Jen is incredibly envious of Sandra’s life and career. She’s using Sandra as a template for her,” the spy reveals. Determined to turn things around for her and relaunch her acting career, Jen has already met with her agent and other advisors, asking them to come up with methods to win her way back into the public’s heart. The first step towards achieving that is, Aniston believes, making sure her personal life is no longer at the forefront, so that the focus may fall on her career. “Jen hates that her personal life, especially her divorce from Brad Pitt, overshadows her film and TV work,” the spy reveals. Oppositely, Sandra went through the worst year of her life on a personal level (what with Jesse James cheating on her, the divorce and the adoption), yet people still want to see her movies. “Jen is frustrated that Sandra emerged stronger and more popular than ever after her marriage imploded while, five years after her big split, Jen is still struggling. She looks at Sandra’s resurgence and thinks, ‘That should be me!’” the spy shares. In fact, Aniston is reportedly so envious of everything Sandra has that she’s actually been telling friends she “hates” her, and is determined to see every movie offer that Bullock gets. “Jen’s envy is out of control. Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGee has revealed that she is open to having a sit-down meeting with Sandra Bullock. McGee told Us Weekly that she would like to clear the air with Bullock over her affair with the actress’s ex-husband Jesse James. “I would talk to her girl to girl and wish her the best… She is a mom now, and I think that’s great. I am a mom too; I have two kids,” she said. The tattoo model also claimed that she has not seen or heard from James since news of their affair became public earlier this year. “Never see him, never talk to him, nothing,” she said. Jesse James is entering a new phase of his life. “It sure looks like he’s moved on,” a James insider tells PEOPLE about the motorcycle mogul, who is settling into his new relationship with Kat Von D and his new home in Austin, Texas. “It doesn’t look like he’s hiding anything now.” Just two months after his divorce from Sandra Bullock was finalized in an Austin courtroom, James’s self-professed broken heart looks to be on the mend. He was initially cautious about going public with his romance with the L.A. Ink star, says the source, and he asked Von D to remove a Tweet confirming that the two were dating after they were spotted having dinner together in Las Vegas on Aug. 14. But then the couple spent the last two weekends together. On Aug. 29, James, 41, was seen with Von D, 28, in Texas on a motorcycle road trip that included smooching, hand holding and antique shopping in the quaint tourist town of Fredericksburg. Later, James accompanied Von D to Sept. 2′s very public opening of her Wonderland gallery in West Hollywood and spent the rest of the Labor Day weekend out with her. “My guess is that he’s realizing he won’t get another chance with Sandra and has given up on that,” says the source. “[Jesse and Kat] have known each other for a while. Sandra Bullock and Tom Hanks will play the lead adult roles in this unwieldy sounding film which (according to Collider.com) “revolves around Oskar Schell, a nine-year-old inventor, Francophile, tambourine player, Shakespearean actor, jeweller, pacifist … [whose] mission is to find the lock that fits a mysterious key belonging to his father, who died in the World Trade Center on 9/11″. Academy Award-winning actress and New Orleans resident Sandra Bullock has severed her involvement in a campaign to call attention to the BP spill, after learning from ThinkProgress that it was a greenwashing effort by the oil industry. Bullock is prominently featured in the Restore the Gulf campaign, run by Women of the Storm and sponsored by America’s Wetland Foundation. In an online video with other major celebrities, Bullock called for American people to “speak up” and “sign the petition” for Congress and President Obama at the campaign website, which demands that “a plan to restore America’s Gulf be fully funded and implemented for me and future generations.” The YouTube video makes her the face of the campaign: Posted by Joanna

Jesse James has a new weapon in his custody battle against ex-wife Janine Lindemulder. The West Coast Choppers owner has filed court documents revealing an e-mail exchange between his ex-wife and his sister, Julie James England, in which Lindemulder allegedly admits to drug use, prostitution and extraordinary jealousy of Sandra Bullock. In one e-mail, Lindemulder allegedly divulges that she has agreed to spend a night with a man for $25,000. “This is a form of prostitution,” England responds. In another e-mail, Lindemulder reportedly begs James’ sister for the painkiller Vicodin. After England shoots her down, James’ ex writes, “I am so depressed, Sun is suffering, I can’t even find the energy to play with her. It’s 9:30 and I don’t even know what she ate today.” She added, “Not being awake makes everything better.” Lindemulder further complained about Sunny’s relationship with James’ newly divorced wife, Sandra Bullock. “All Sunny talks about is Sandy, Sandy! Wtf?!” she wrote. Previously, Lindemulder has praised Bullock for her stepparenting skills. James’ lawyer announced June 18 at a custody hearing that the 41-year-old biker is making a permanent move to Austin with his children in July,”the first and foremost” reason for the move is that his three kids want to be close to Bullock to continue their relationship with the 45-year-old actress. Sandra Bullock and Jesse James are divorced! A court clerk in Austin, Texas, confirmed that the divorce between the Oscar-winning actress and celebrity biker was finalized Monday. Bullock filed to end the marriage in April after reports surfaced that James had been unfaithful. Details of the settlement were sealed by the court, but Bullock’s initial filing cited “discord or conflict of personalities” as grounds for the divorce. An attorney for Bullock did not immediately return calls to The Associated Press on Tuesday, but her publicist, Cheryl Maisel, confirmed the couple’s split was complete. James’ publicist did not immediately respond to a request for comment. The actress and “Monster Garage” star met in 2003 and married in 2005. It seemed like an odd pairing — the movie star often called “America’s Sweetheart” marrying the tattooed biker who had been wed twice before. Sandra Bullock and Faith Hill wrap their arms around Tim McGraw backstage at Nashville Rising, a benefit concert for flood relief held at Bridgestone Arena on Tuesday (June 22) in Nashville, Tennessee. At the show, Sandra, 45, shared her thoughts on the disaster and the community’s response. “They say a community is only as strong as its weakest link,” she shared (via Tennessean). “And from where I stand, I see no weak links.” Sandy also performed a brief rendition of a classic before introducing Faith! “If I could have some quiet, please,” she laughed as she picked out the opening notes of “Smoke on the Water”.

The creative team behind “The Proposal” — stars Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds, director Anne Fletcher, writer Pete Chiarelli and producers David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman — are reuniting for “Most Wanted,” an action comedy project that sold to Universal over the weekend. The story sees Bullock as a criminal suspect with Reynolds as an FBI agent who is supposed to be escorting her to court when the two are ambushed and forced to go on the run. The project is described as having a tone similar to that of “Midnight Run,” Universal’s 1988 action comedy starring Robert De Niro and Charles Grodin. Universal is developing a sequel to “Midnight Run.” The pitch originally went into Disney, the company that made “Proposal,” the hit romantic comedy made via its Touchstone label that grossed more than $317 million and was part of Bullock’s comeback year. Since the movie’s June 2009 release, however, Disney has undergone a regime change and the company is de-emphasizing Touchstone, preferring to focus on the core Disney brand and hoping to make movies that can be taken advantage by the wide spectrum of the company. When Disney passed, the team took a breather before taking it to the rest of the town. By late last week, the project was fielding multiple offers before being captures by Universal. Reynolds will also exec produce along with this Dark Trick Films partner Jonathon Komack-Martin. Chiarelli is a former MGM exec who in his spare time wrote “The Proposal.” The script has kicked off a writing career, with the scribe working on “What Men Want” for Paramount and “Forever 21″ at DreamWorks.
