This woman is amazing and truly deserved the generation award although she lost the other awards (to Kristen Steward..blah!), this one was great! Well, seems as if our beloved, amazing, talented Sandra Bullock lost the MTV Movie award for Best Actress to Kristen Stewart, that’s right people you read this right, she LOST to KRISTEN STEWART! No way she is a better actress than Sandra Bullock, but hey who cares, Sandra Bullock won the greatest award of all time, the OSCAR! More news to be updated as the award show airs. STAY TUNED! It has just been confirmed that Sandra Bullock intends to appear at the MTV Movie Awards to recieve her MTV Generation Award on June 6th. Though she will be attending the ceremony, her people say she won’t be doing any interviews. Understandable. The Long Beach, CA home where Sandra Bullock and Jesse James once had happy memories has now been put on the market for an asking price of $6 million. No lookie-loos allowed as there will be no open houses conducted. Potential buyers will be put under heavy scrutiny as they will have to pre-qualify, submit bank statements, and even have their pictures taken. We’re sure Sandra is happy to get out of there as she has said that she found the news of her husband’s infidelity on that property. “I did the only thing I could do, and that was pack enough clothes to live on and get out of town.” She and her adorable new adopted baby Louis will be packing up and moving to the Garden District of New Orleans. Sandra Bullock’s revelation that she is adopting a 3½-month-old baby raises questions about what happens when a couple divorces while an adoption is in progress. “In almost every case of adoption of a newborn in this country today, the new parent is chosen by the birth parent,” says Adam Pertman, executive director of the Evan B. Donaldson Adoption Institute. And though most birth parents probably would choose a married couple, Pertman says, many types of families are chosen for adoption today, and divorce may not signal the end of an adoption process. Just how was Sandra Bullock able to keep the mother of all secrets — that she had adopted a baby boy — in the midst of awards season and the collapse of her marriage to Jesse James? “I don’t know how we got away with it,” Bullock told People magazine in an exclusive interview that will be on newsstands Friday. Bullock, 45, said friends and family, including her stepchildren — Sunny, 6, Jesse Jr., 12, and Chandler, 15 — were instrumental in helping the actress keep her newly-adopted son, Louis Bardo Bullock, a secret. She also revealed to the magazine that she had filed for divorce from James, 41, and will raise “Louie” as a single mother. Even Bullock expressed surprise that no one had caught on to her secret. On Oscar night she said one of Louis’ lime green socks kept falling out of her purse and people would pick it up and hand it to her without saying anything.

According to People, Sandra and husband Jesse James began the adoption process four years ago and the baby – Louis Bardo Bullock, born in New Orleans – came home in January but they’ve been keeping the news a secret. Sandra also reveals that she has filed for divorce from her cheatin’ husband and plans to raise the baby as a single mom. So much good news all around. How absolutely ADORABLE is that baby boy!! DOCUMENTS: Sandra Bullock and Jesse James File For Divorce The official document states that the cause for the divorce is “because of discord or conflict of personalities that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any hope of reconciliation.” Other key tidbits: the document states there are no children over 18 in the marriage and no protective order was sought. The identities of Bullock and her estranged husband Jesse James under her initials were concealed rather slyly, as the case was filed under both of the initials of their real names with the letters scrambled (Sandra Annette Bullock filed as B.A.S; Jesse Gregory James was filed under J.J.G). While James has made it publicly clear he wants to stay with the Oscar-winner, and is trying to cure his allegedly adulterous ways via rehab, Bullock seems to want no part of it, despite the new revelation the pair were deep in the process of adopting an infant boy. People managing editor Larry Hackett, appearing on The Today Show Wednesday, said that the Bullock was not bitter, but rather viewed the instances as a positive life lesson from which to build upon. “Yes, I have filed for a divorce. I don’t know what else to say. Sandra Bullock has broken her silence over her soon-to-be ex-husband’s infidelity and his Nazi photographs, saying Jesse James is no longer the man she married. The 45-year-old actress is disgusted to see photographs of James wearing Nazi paraphernalia. “The photo shocked me and made me sad,” Bullock told People magazine. Bullock, who filed for divorce from James on April 23 in Texas after five years of marriage, termed the Nazi photographs of her soon-to-be ex-husband as “stupid” and “ignorant”. The actress, who is also adopting a child, said the photographs showed a James she never knew. “This is not the man I married. This was stupid, this was ignorant. Racism, anti-Semitism, sexism, homophobia, anything Nazi and a boatload of other things have no place in my life. “And the man I married felt the same. This, I hope, Jesse will address one day. But that is not the world I live in or have ever lived in and have any tolerance for,” said the actress. Bullock filed her divorce papers in Travis County District Court in Austin, Texas, earlier this week. In the papers, filed by “B. A. S.” (her initials backwards), the actress stated her marriage to James “has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities that destroys the legitimate end of the marriage/relationship and prevents any reasonable expectations of reconciliation.” Bullock won the Best Actress Oscar trophy for her role in ‘The Blide Side’ this year but just 10 days after her triumph at the March 7 ceremony, tattoo model Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGee went publicwith claims she had an 11-month affair with James. James apologised, conceding he had shown “poor judgement”. More allegations of infidelity followed and James subsequently checked into a treatment facility to address “personal issues”. He was spotted near his Huntington Beach home without his wedding ring on Monday after completing a 30-day rehab stint. Michelle “Bombshell” McGee, James’ alleged mistress, issued her own apology to the actress via Australian television. “I feel bad for Sandra,” the heavily tattooed model and stripper said on Australia’s “Today Tonight” Monday. “I know what she’s going through. She must be hurt, devastated, upset, embarrassed.” Asked what she’d say to Bullock, McGee replied, “I want to give her a heartfelt apology. Sandra, I’m sorry. I’m sorry for your embarrassment. I’m sorry all of this is public.” McGee also showed the Australian interviewer texts she said Jesse James sent her. The last one, she said, came just days after James teared up while his wife was accepting her best actress Oscar. It read, “I’m just sitting here thinking of you. Sandra Bullock has prepared divorce papers, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively. The Oscar-winning star is ready to proceed against husband Jesse James in the wake of his cheating scandal. Jesse has recently been linked to four other women and as RadarOnline.com first reported, he confessed to Sandra that there were seven other women during their marriage. He checked into Sierra Tucson in Arizona to receive treatment for sex addiction, as reported exclusively by RadarOnline.com. But Sandra never asked him to get help, and she is still reeling from the fact that he habitually cheated on her throughout the marriage, sources tell RadarOnline.com. She’s been through stages of shock and anger and has been deliberating her next move according a source close to the situation. Things got worse in the last few days when Jesse left rehab after Sandra wouldn’t take one of his phone calls. She is surrounded by security and is concerned that he will try to get face to face with her. “Her attitude toward Jesse hasn’t softened since she found out he was cheating on her,” the source said. “She’s been betrayed and cheated on and she’s not getting over that.” Jesse’s lawyer described him as a “broken man” who desperately wants to put his marriage back together. But that’s highly unlikely, the source told RadarOnline.com. “Why would she want to get back with him after what he did to her,” the source asked. Now with Jesse going AWOL from rehab it’s only made Sandra more upset. His erratic behavior is compounding the misery she’s experiencing. “But she’s strong,” the source said. “And she’s doing the best she can.” Part of that is preparing divorce papers, which she has drawn up. The question is: when will she file them? Right now she’s given no indication to anyone in her inner circle about when she’ll file.
