Sandra Bullock chats with Matt Lauer in this new video from Tuesday (August 31)’s episode of Today. The 46-year-old actress spoke about how she got involved with Warren Easton Charter High School with board member Arthur Hardy. Here are a few highlights: Arthur Hardy, on New Orleans welcoming Sandra: “The whole city has fallen in love with her. She belongs to us – don’t mess with Sandra! I’m serious – it’s like, you hurt her, you hurt us, and you better be ready for a fight!” On finalizing baby Louis‘ adoption: As sterile as the room seemed, it felt so rich – it felt like it was time. And the process is the way that the process is for very, very good reasons and I did not circumvent – I wanted to do everything exactly the same way everyone else did. It was nice to have someone say, ‘I think you’re a good parent.’” On keeping Louis’ adoption secret for so long and retaining privacy: “It takes good people with integrity. I remember, I read something like ‘How did someone keep a secret?” and it’s – human beings exist that have integrity, that know how to keep their mouth shut – that know the picture, that don’t sell out their friends. Those people are all over the place, but again, we don’t like to talk about it ’cause it doesn’t sell a magazine, but I was blessed with the same friends that I’ve had since before things got really special for me…when things get bad, they’re still the same friends.” Posted by Joanna

While everyone from “Glee” singer Lea Michele to “Vampire Diaries” star Nina Dobrev opted for sequins, we have to give it up to teen queen Selena Gomez who looked white hot in her little dress.  And then there were two couples who had us talking. First up is “Twilight” pals and heartthrobs Taylor Lautner and RPattz and how much we just enjoyed seeing their hotness in plaid at the show. Teen Choice Awards 2010 Best Moment? Betty White Busting A Move With Sandra Bullock!

There was a lot to like about last night’s Teen Choice Awards: host Katy Perry‘s multiple, themed wardrobe changes (nothing trumped that headgear-denim jumper ensemble, am I right?), sultry vampires dominating most categories (what’s new?) and loads of eye candy (we’re looking at you, “Glee” guys!). But, surprisingly, it wasn’t a pretty young thing or sparkly undead who stole the show: It was two “old ladies.” As Sandra Bullock accepted her surfboard for choice movie actress in a drama for “The Blind Side,” she also thanked the crowd for another win—choice dance alongside Betty White in “The Proposal.” Not to be outdone, Ms. White herself interrupted Sandra’s speech, telling her if she thought she was fitting in with the youths, well, she was sorely mistaken. The “Golden Girl” (remember she’s 88!) then got up, SHIMMIED and booty-bumped with Sandra to Lil Jon’s “Get Low.” Is there anything this woman can’t do? This week on Hollywood Crush you guys couldn’t get enough of all the hot moments from the 2010 MTV Movie Awards. “New Moon” won a lot of awards, there was kisses galore (hey there, Sandra and Scarlett and, uh, Robert and Kristen) and there was some great looking fashion. Not only did Kristen Stewart rock a funky little D&G look, but MTV News was on hand as “Jersey Shore” star Snooki went dress shopping. She really wanted something stunning — since she would be hosting the red carpet with our very own Sway — and, she delivered. We loved her little sparkly, white number. Speaking of things that delivered, we loved what we saw in the “Eclipse” exclusive clip that made its debut at the awards show, even though some might argue Bella’s motorcycle high jinx were very un-Bella like. We are still watching it on loop, are you? And finally, when Mark Wahlberg exited the Gibson Amphitheatre, MTV News was fortunately on hand to capture his apology to “Harry Potter” star Tom Felton, whose speech he interrupted. ‘Eclipse’ Cast Takes Sides On MTV Movie Awards Kisses: Robsten Or Sandra And ScarJo?

By Cara Alwill Love was certainly in the air last night at the MTV Movie Awards, and the kisses were a plenty. Not only was the “kiss cam” capturing smooches all throughout the audience, our favorite celebs were heating up the stage with impromptu displays of affection all night long. Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart locked lips, and it was, without a doubt, a bit more awkward than their on-screen love fest. But the show-stopping smooch of the night came from two unsuspecting ladies: Sandra Bullock and Scarlett Johansson. So, who can swamp spit better? The cast of “New Moon” weighed in after the show! Elizabeth Reaser was all for the ladies. “I’ve never seen Scarlett and Sandra Bullock make out, so I’ll go for the novelty of the hotness, which takes it up a notch,” she told MTV News. “That was hot. That was genuinely hot. I didn’t expect it. Those things are usually a little forced, a little weird. And it was sort of genuinely hot.” “I got to go Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson,” Peter Facinelli argued. “They’re my people. They’re my family. But that other one was pretty hot too.”  Jackson Rathbone was in agreement with Elizabeth. “Hands down, easy — that was Scarlett and Sandra Bullock. That was some sexiness,” he said. “I liked it. You should do it more often!” Anna Kendrick didn’t get a first-hand look at the spit swapping, so she wasn’t able to properly cast her vote. But she plans on taking a closer look. “Of course, I’m backstage for both of them,” she confessed. “I didn’t really get an angle on it. Sandra Bullock Helps Save the Earth

Some environmentalists advocate recycling. Others suggest driving hybrid cars. Sandra Bullock is doing her part for the environment with a line of soy wax candles. The actress taped an appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show – scheduled to air Tuesday – to commemorate Earth Day. During her time with Oprah Winfrey, the actress revealed, “I started researching and you find out about lead wicks and chemicals in your candles.” Her solution? To use soy wax, which is a “renewable resource.” Said Winfrey: “Sandra’s in the earth-friendly candle making business,” prompting a laugh from the actress who joked: “Yeah, [it's] something to fall back on.” Posted by Joanna
