Sandra Bullock’s husband has been tussling with child visitation with his ex-wife. Jesse James has full custody of his daughter Sunny with Janine Lindemulder. But Lindemulder had landed herself in prison for tax evasion.
A judge has now ordered Lindemulder would receive visitation rights for at least the next 60 days, while James maintained his full custody of the girl. James had raised concerns that Lindemulder had remarried someone she recently met at the halfway house where she is now living. She has married a man with a criminal record that includes felonies such as possession of methamphetamine and a sawn-off shot gun.
James and Lindemulder both appeared before a judge at the Lamoreaux Justice Center in Orange County, California.
Lindemulder defended her husband and claimed the couple are determined to put crime behind them. She said she could leave rehab sooner if the judge in her criminal trial approved her chosen occupation of adult video blogger.

Sandra I feel for you I have a son who has custody of his son. My grandson and son lives with me and my husband. It has been hell with my sons ex. For some reason fathers with custody are not seen and treated with equal right as a mother who has custody. There are as many dead beat mothers, as there are many great fathers with custody. The main problem we are facing is receiving a restraining order with lie’s to keep my son from being with my grandson. And they pass out restraing order like Tic Tacs. People abuse the system and Ms Lindemulder looks like one that will lie just to get what she wants, which is to make your life a living hell, they never do this for the means of the child but mainly to distrupt your life because they are pissed off and unhappy with their life. Some thing needs to be done with this court system. We need to protect our children from the bad bad people in their lifes. Good Luck We are on Jesse’s and your side.
Lindemulder is SO much hotter than Sandra, give her her child back!!!
