Sandra Bullock looks upbeat as she heads out to run errands on Wednesday (March 16) in New York City.
The 46-year-old actress has donated $1 million to the Red Cross to support tsunami relief efforts in Japan!
“The American Red Cross is extremely grateful for this generous support from Sandra Bullock and her family,” the organization said in a statement. “This contribution is vitally important as the Red Cross works to provide critical assistance and essential relief items in this time of urgent need for so many people in Japan.”
Sandra also donated $1 million to Doctors Without Borders to benefit Haitian relief efforts after the 2010 earthquake.

Late last month, the 46-year-old actress met up with Jennifer Hudson and her 19-month-old son David Jr. in L.A., where both moms were rehearsing for the Oscars.
“[Sandra] and my son became the biggest buddies, so they hung out the entire time,” Jennifer told E! Online.
“When I came back into the room, Sandra’s like, ‘Oh my god, he kissed me. And he was kissing my hand!’” she shared.
